These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including but not limited to AI automation solutions, voice agent services, consultation, education, and implementation offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Scope of Services

Our Services include AI automation agents, AI voice agents, consulting, education, and custom AI implementation solutions. Specific details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing or via contract before project commencement.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Pricing for our Services is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be outlined in proposals, invoices, or online listings. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal and other approved methods. By using PayPal, you agree to comply with PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy and User Agreement. All PayPal transactions are subject to their own terms, and any disputes or issues arising from PayPal’s services must be resolved directly with PayPal.

3.3 Payment Timing

Full or partial payment may be required before project commencement. For subscription-based services, payment is billed in advance of each term. For project-based work, payment schedules will be clearly defined in the service agreement.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy, which may vary depending on the type of service provided. Certain services, particularly those involving custom AI development or consulting, may be non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, scripts, designs, training materials, and documentation created or provided by us, remains our sole property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for your business’s internal purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems without permission
Provide false or misleading information during consultations or onboarding
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as PayPal, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, or others. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or functionality of these third parties. You agree to comply with their applicable terms when using such integrations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chase Your Dreams AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chase Your Dreams AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
